The LTB also provides information about its practices and procedures and the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants under the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/laws\/statute\/06r17\" target=\"_blank\">Residential Tenancies Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC)<\/a> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CMHC helps Canadians meet their housing needs.
